Members:

Dana Swalla, Ph.D., Chair (2007 - Present)

Dana is the founder and CEO of Moment Consulting, Inc. and is also an Adjunct Professor at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY. She previously worked at GE Global Research from 2003-2009.  Dana is a graduate of Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, GA with a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering.     

Mark DeChiro, Vice Chair (2007 - Present)                 Communities Representative c/o NYSERDA's Communities Program to the Mayor's Office, City Council and EAB 

Mark is currently the Regional Coordinator at Capital Saratoga Energy $mart Communities.  

Andrew Morris, Ph.D., Secretary (2008 - Present)

Andrew is an Assistant Professor in the Department of History at Union College in Schenectady, NY.  He is a graduate of the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, VA with a Ph.D. in History.
