Plea by Mail form ~ Parking Tickets

If you received a parking ticket(s) (i.e. Meter Violations, No Standing, blocking fire hydrant etc) and wish to make an application for a review by the Law Department, you may submit an application to the Schenectady City Corporation Counsel Office. In order to do so you must download and fill out this form on this site, and mail it to the City of Schenectady Law Department, 105 Jay Street, Schenectady New York 12305. Please read the instructions carefully before completing the form, as they cannot be processed if they are filled out incorrectly.

If you received a ticket for Commercial Vehicle Safety issues (i.e. log book or driver violations, air brakes, steering, load securement, etc) and wish to make an application for a review by the Law Department, you may submit an application to the Schenectady City Corporation Counsel Office.
